Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the watch is in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and the protective film intact on the dial.

• 3.
  Package & Pickup

  Securely pack the item in its original SKMEI box and keep it ready for our logistics partner to collect from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
